Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Fletcher Cooper. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in good condition
  • Items must not show excessive wear or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

You’re welcome to try your item on as you would in a shop — we simply ask that it’s returned in a reasonable condition.


Simple Returns Process

To start a return, just email:

support@fletchercooper.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for return
  • A photo (only if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return address.


Return Shipping

We do not offer free returns.

As we ship directly from our international partners, returns may need to be sent to our fulfilment centre.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Costs may vary depending on your location

We always aim to keep this process as straightforward as possible and will assist you along the way.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

If there are any issues with your return, we’ll contact you directly.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll resolve this quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund.


Your Rights (UK & EU Customers)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To do this, simply contact us at:

You will then need to return the item within 14 days.


A Note on Returns

We aim to be fair and reasonable with every return. Items that show clear signs of misuse or damage beyond normal handling may not be eligible for a full refund.
